Daily Comment

Although I have decided not to pursue intermittent fasting, since I didn't find the right interval, I still believe that a fast can be a healthy variation. I didn't set out to fast today, it just happened. 

Lack of appetite might be the culprit.

Diet Comment
This loss brought to you by a high-nutrition low-calorie day that was high-carb and low fat. Which means, it wasn't, healthy, although it was as healthy as a high carbohydrate day can be: The main cheat being sprouted grains and fruit, things that people on other eating plans insist should be eaten daily, in their healthiest form. 

Today turned out to be a fast day, with a 24-hour fast. Normal will return, in some form, tomorrow.

Dinner
cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).

Snack
Buffalo-wing style sliced chicken breast and some dark chocolate.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  30 oz.   Water: 88+ oz.

  1. The graph is starting to look really good. Good work. I had my first bout of sciatica this weekend. Not fun. Due to my spinal stenosis. Oh well, rested and stretched and seems to be a little better today. Love you
