Another great weekend, when I played a lot, stayed well-hydrated, and watched my food intake. I'm pleased with the result, and I think I'm in a good place going forward.

1:20pm: Mixed nuts and cream cheese and walnuts on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread.

5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Sriracha ginger tofu and quinoa (roasted tofu, quinoa, kale, carrots, beets, broccoli, ginger, sriracha, carrot chili vinaigrette).
Dinner
Skipped.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 50+ oz.; and 24 oz. green tea
