4:35pm: Mixed nuts and dark chocolate. Peanut butter on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread.
Dinner
9:15pm: A B.A.S. (sliced chicken breast, shaved parmesan, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 50+ oz.;
