Net Loss/Gain: + 1.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
I am very proud of this weight gain, because it could have easily been a pound-and-a-half more. I spent the last three days eating restaurant food, and even one day typically adds a pound-and-a-half. So, an it-could-have-been-worse victory. Now to see if I can take off some weight this weekend (unlikely, but not impossible).

Breakfast
12:35pm: Greens-and-cheese omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, chili crisps, cabbage, Spring Mix, onions, peppers).

Lunch
5:15pm: Mixed nuts and dark chocolate.
Dinner
10:45pm: Turkey breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread and coleslaw.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 62+ oz.;
