Net Loss/Gain: + 1.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
Although this looks bad, for once, this weight gain is not worrisome. I ate the majority of my calories right before going to bed, very late (almost 3am when I finished), less than ten hours before weigh-in. I believe my gain, and more, will come off tomorrow, if I manage to maintain everything today.

2:00pm: Salmon sautéed in truffle butter. Broccoli and a fried egg on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains toast.
