Although not the low weight of the week, it is below where I started this week, and that's something. To me, anyway.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:10pm: Fretta with eggs, prosciutto, shaved parmesan cheese, chick pea pasta, onions, and cabbage.

10:05pm: Mixed nuts and cheddar cheese, and a Quest bar.
