Here's that restaurant meal showing up. I really tried to get the healthiest thing on the menu, but dining out is anti-weight loss.

Breakfast
2:30pm: Cabbage, goat cheese and prosciutto scramble. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax bread with peanut butter.

10:15pm: Hamburger with guacamole and coleslaw. A salad (arugula, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 58+ oz.;
