Okay loss to end the week. I'm seeing the beginning of a downward trend.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:55pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (toasted steel-cut oats, toasted quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, almond milk, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
5:05pm: A Quest bar and cottage cheese.

Dinner
10:05pm: Quorn grounds (mushroom protein ground beef substitute) with chopped kale, spinach and marinara sauce, on riced cauliflower.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.;
