Diet Comment
After my three-day weekend in NYC and Asbury Park, NJ, restaurant food put on a pound-and-a-quarter, despite a lot more movement than usual. All right, I'll get back on track this week, because I have another challenging week (diet-wise) coming next week.

Breakfast
2:00pm: Veggie, prosciutto and cheddar cheese omelet, with roasted root vegetables.

11:05pm: Chicken sandwich with coleslaw, a handful of mixed nuts, and a Quest bar.
