12:10pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions), roasted brussels sprouts, oatmeal with berries (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, brewer's yeast, cinnamon, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, stevia).
Lunch
Air-popped popcorn with olive oil and nutritional yeast. 68% dark chocolate.
Dinner
11:45pm: Celery and peanut butter.
Liquid Intake
