Post 2705
- 11 years and 221 days since I started this blog -
I had a good weekend, beginning with the Friday night gig and ending with the Sunday night blues jam.
Saturday was a day of rest.
For me, the most notable thing was that I was feeling better, both emotionally and physically.
I've written here previously about my allergies and my 'dark' (-ish) mood.
This weekend, there was not a trace of either.
I'm grateful for resilience, as it lets me keep showing up, being present.
