Breakfast
2:40pm: LEMO (lox, eggs, mushrooms, onions) and roasted brussels sprouts.
Lunch
7:15pm, at the 443 Social Club and Lounge: Balsamic pesto pizza with chicken (Naan flatbread, basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, roasted chicken, roasted red peppers, parmesan, fresh basil, balsamic glaze).
Dinner
11:10pm: Cheddar cheese and walnuts, Super Greens (arugula, chard, kale, spinach) and yogurt ranch dressing, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
