2:30pm: Scrambled eggs with cheese and golden oatmeal (rolled oats, almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves) and grapes.
Lunch
7:10PM: Spicy chicken ramen soup with kale and spinach (ViteRamen high-protein, high-fiber ramen package used). Sugar-free popsicles for dessert.
Dinner
10:50pm: Parmesan cheese, walnuts, grapes, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
