Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      203.7 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/27/18):           203.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 0.5 lbs.

  Diet Comment
This is not as bad as I expected.It will come off this week.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:45pm: Bacon and (dirty scrambled) eggs, with brussel sprouts and Dubliner cheese.

Lunch
9:00pm: Chopped salad: London broil, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
12:30am: Cottage cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
