Net Loss/Gain:                       + 0.6 lbs.

Yesterday's barbecue and its aftermath had the expected retracement in my progress. Today is better.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:45pm:
Brussel sprouts with pepperoni, eggs, and hemp seeds.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:45am: Chopped salad (Spring Mix, red cabbage, sriracha chicken breast, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, creamy balsamic vinaigrette), a Quest bar, Sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz. A shot of Redbreast 12-yo Irish whiskey, 12 oz of Stella Artois beer.
