I love my sister.

When we were young, I was cruel to her. I've spent the last fifty years trying to make amends for that.

I will never catch up, because as we get older, I love her more, and she gets better (although I believe she would not agree with that).

Happy birthday, Joan.

I am grateful, so very grateful, that you are in my life. Many happy returns of the day.

Today's Weight:                      205.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/2/18):            208.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 2.7 lbs.

  Diet Comment
A good start, although my late-night meal from Funk'n Waffles might put the kibosh on weight loss tomorrow.  

Food Log
Breakfast
4:40pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
12:10am, at Funk'n Waffles:
Falafel Waffle. Where the waffle is made from falafel, the salad sits on top, dressed up in tahini sauce.
Dinner
1:15am: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 16 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.
