Net Loss/Gain: - 2.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
I think this loss is a delayed result of two days of eating. Of course, yesterday I had a monstrous, delicious chocolate-stuffed, chocolate-glazed donut that I'm sure doubled the calorie count of the rest of the day's food, but here I am, no worse for the wear and oh-so-close to Friday's weight. So, that, somehow, worked out.

Breakfast
Skipped.
Lunch
7:30pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.
Dinner
2:30am: Brussel sprouts with Dubliner cheese and prosciutto, and a Quest bar, and two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Skipped.
