Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      203.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/12/18):           202.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 1.4 lbs.

  Diet Comment
I don't understand this weight gain. It shouldn't have happened, as far as I can tell. But that, apparently, isn't very far. A mystery that comes along with daily weighings. Now I weigh less than this past Monday, but much more than last Friday. I need to do better this weekend, which will be difficult because there are two parties where I will not be in control of the food.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:15pm Bacon and eggs with cheese.

Lunch
8:50pm: Chopped salad with Spring Mix, cabbage, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette, and two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Dinner
12:30am: A bag of pork rinds, two Quest bars, and two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 98+ oz.;
