Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      204.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/10/18):           203.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 1.0 lbs.

  Diet Comment
I am surprised. Very surprised. I thought my weight would come down. All I can think of is that I consumed too much sodium yesterday.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:15pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Chicken Cobb salad (shredded kale and spinach, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-cooked egg and blue cheese dressing).
Lunch
8:20pm: Gigantic chocolate glazed and stuffed donut from Glazed and Confused I won at the Mr. Monkey Pro Jam... It was so awesome-looking, and I was in public - I couldn't refuse. Well, I could have, but lacked the will. "I can resist anything except temptation" (Oscar Wilde).

Dinner
1:30am: Hard-boiled eggs with prosciutto and a Quest bar, and two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 10 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
