Net Loss/Gain:                       - 1.6 lbs.

Still losing! Today, though, I went to a friend's barbecue, which will be little help. Happy Independence Day.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:30pm: Barbecued chicken thighs, corn on the cob, baked beans, Spring Mix salad with creamy balsamic dressing, watermelon.

Lunch
10:00pm: Pepperoni. Dark chocolate.

Dinner
12:30am: Cottage cheese, a Quest bar, Sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz. A double shot of Jack Daniels.
