Today's Weight:                      204.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/6/18):            201.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 2.6 lbs.

OK: Lower highs is a trend, although not yet a reversal to a downward slope...  

Food Log
Breakfast
6:00pm Egg and salmon salad (salmon, hard-boiled eggs, celery, home-made mayonnaise, on Spring Mix greens.

Lunch
10:30pm: Dunkin' Donuts bacon and eggs on a croissant, and a protein bar (dessert, basically).

Dinner
1:30am: A Quest bar, three ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 16 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.
