Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      201.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/5/18):            204.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 2.9 lbs.

  Diet Comment
Finish up with a bang: Down to the same weight as last Friday. So, after a bad weekend, a good week. I'll probably have to repeat this as I expect this weekend (beginning with tonight) will be much the same as the last.  

Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
10:00pm, at Dinosaur BBQ: Pulled pork sandwich (Carolina style, topped with cole slaw), simmered greens, black beans and rice.

Dinner
12:50am: A Quest bar, two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz. A shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
