Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.8 lbs.

Diet Comment
I am very pleased with this result - I put on the weight honestly, by eating a lot of rich food and drinking a lot more than usual.
Food Log
Breakfast
4:55pm:
Quorn and mixed vegetable 'sloppy Joe' on top of cauliflower 'rice'.
Lunch
6:30pm: Homemade mayonnaise and carrots and pepperoni.

Dinner
12:15am: Homemade mayonnaise and carrots, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 70+ oz.;
