My nephew Dan is graduating from grad school Friday. I'm going down to the City for a family dinner tomorrow, then the graduation ceremony Friday, then visiting my dying friend Gary Saturday.

So, this will be the last post for this week.

I hope I am well enough for the trip.

I am defintiely grateful for the health I have.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    200.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/14/19):         199.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
I think this is a temporary up-tick, but also what happens when I eat out off-plan. Also: I am going to New York City this weekend, and I will be dining out every day, and whether or not this uptick is temporary will be obscured by the weight I gain from all that rich dining and drinking. I will weigh more on Monday. For sure.
Food Log
Breakfast
4:35pm: Bacon and eggs, with sauteed greens, onions and peppers.

Snack
6:30pm: A 'magic' chocolate chip cookier.

Lunch
7:30pm: Pepperoni and a Quest bar.

Dinner
12:35am: Pepperoni, cottage cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.; and a Jameson's Irish whiskey.
