#2253: Friday, May 3: Feeling better...

By and large, I'm feeling better. Except for a cough, which friends who've been through similar things tell me will linger for a week or two longer, I am symptom-free. I feel good enough to go out.

On the other hand, I feel lethargic. Unusually low-energy. I blame spending my down-time watching TV. I felt well enough to go out today, but didn't. I just didn't have the motivation.

Tomorrow I will do a wash and some grocery shopping. It will be the first time I've left the apartment in a week.

I am grateful for my continued existence, although it was really never in doubt. Still, it can't be taken for granted.

Diet Comment
This flat result ends a crazy week, weight-wise. Whereas it started with some crazy yo-yo results, it ends unchanged from the previous couple of days. Acceptable, I guess.

Breakfast
9:55pm: Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers with brussel sprouts, Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast, and a Quest bar.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:25pm: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 01;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
