#2254: Monday, May 6: Improving health

I continue to heal - I feel better every day. My energy level gets higher, closer to normal as well, and I think my stamina is improving. 

Today I had band practice with I am Fool. It was a good rehearsal, but as it went on I ran out of steam. I didn't feel sick, just tired. And I barely coughed the whole time I was out.

I'm grateful for the health I have.


Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    195.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/3/19):          198.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 2.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
Wow - look at that! While I am feeling quite a bit better, my illness lingers. I've been resting, resting, resting, not really cutting back on food, but I was 100% on-plan over the weekend, and... We have a new multi-year low. While I assume it is temporary, that I'm burning more calories fighting off the dregs of my sickness (now down just to a cough and low energy). So, there's that. And still, .

Breakfast
4:25pm:
Kale-Spinach Fritta (eggs, onions, peppers, kale, spinach) with bacon.
Lunch
'7:30pm:  Low-sugar' sugar cookies.

Dinner
1:25am: Pepperoni, cottage cheese, a Quest bar.

Snack
2:45am: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 82+ oz.;
