Diet Comment
An expected bounce off my low weight of the past five-plus years. I don't know exactly why - too many late-night calories?
Food Log
Breakfast
4:25pm: 'Pepperoni, eggs, kale, spinach, onions and peppers.

Lunch
'7:45pm: Cottage cheese and a Quest bar.

Dinner
1:15am: Chopped salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 96+ oz.;
