Well, recovery has begun.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:15pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Chicken Cobb salad (shredded kale and spinach, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-cooked egg and blue cheese dressing). Not shown: a medium cup of soft-serve ice cream (twist).
Lunch
10:20pm: Prosciutto, Dubliner cheese and carrots with homemade mayonnaise.

Dinner
1:20am: Bison pemmican, walnuts, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 90+ oz.;
