Diet Comment
Well, my good time over the weekend was accompanied by gluttony, and I'm paying the price. Now, recovery.
Food Log
Breakfast
5:25pm: Blue-green protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
11:20pm: Prosciutto, Dubliner cheese and homemade cole slaw.
Dinner
1:40am: Bison pemmican, walnuts, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
