Got busy around 7pm, making a protein shake and going out to my Sunday open mics. Didn't eat or drink anything before that, out of guilt for knowingly sabotaging my weight loss late last night.
That'll teach me.

A couple of slices of pizza (long story); later, a Quest bar.
