Today's Weight:         204.4 lbs
Previous Weight:        203.4 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 1.0 lbs

Diet Comment
Even the twenty-one hour fast between breakfast and a rather high-carb but pretty healthy meal of eggs, sprouted grains, hemp seeds, blueberries, coconut-almond milk and guacamole, couldn't undo the damage of a Denny's pigout.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, whey powder (30g protein), celery, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, tomatoes, black beans and spices) on spaghetti squash with cole slaw.


Snack
Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal, blueberries, almond-coconut milk and stevia-inulin blend. Not shown: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast, 2 slices with butter, two with coconut oil and celery with home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 72+ oz.
