Diet Comment
This is a good place to start the week. Not much action over the weekend - I think if I'd been more active, I'd have had a better result, but I'm not complaining.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:20pm: Veggie scrambled eggs (onions, peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, kale, spinach, cheddar cheese) and prosciutto.

6:30pm: A Quest bar and almond butter.
Dinner
10:25pm: Chicken breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread, and a Spring Mix salad with tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 50+ oz.;
