1:50pm: Toasted oatmeal and quinoa (with almond milk, chia and hemp seeds, whey protein powder, vanilla coconut Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, mushroom powder and stevia).

12:45am: Turkey on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with guacamole, and coleslaw.
