Net Loss/Gain:                    +  0.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Although I was expecting a little loss, that's not a big enough gain over the weekend to be disturbing, and I'm feeling well. I expect a day or two will bring the loss I saw coming.
Food Log
Breakfast
3:20pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (toasted steel-cut oats and quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:45pm: Mixed nuts, cottage cheese, a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
