Pizza for dinner, and - say no more: Gained back almost everything I lost yesterday. The penalty for dining out.

10:55pm: A B.A.S. (turkey breast, Spring Mix, cabbage, tomatoes, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, creamy balsamic vinaigrette).

Espressos: 0; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
