No change, really, but I lost over a pound since Monday. Good stuff.
Note: Memorial Day weekend, I'm going to be busy, then, on Tuesday, I'm having a little cardiac catheter procedure to check last year's WatchMan implant. Next blog post will be Wednesday, May 29.
