3:50pm: Chicken sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with guacamole, and a salad (Spring Mix, baby spinach, cabbage, shaved parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chili crisp).

12:45am: Cottage cheese and chili crisps, a Quest bar and almond butter, chia gel.
