Today's Weight:                    198.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/1/24):          198.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
Given that I used the weekend to eat up all my undesirable food indulgences of the week (looking at you, chocolate-covered almonds), and a lack of meaningful movement (exercise), I guess a half-pound gain isn't too bad. Planning on doing better.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:25pm: Riced cauliflower (with nutritional yeastr, Everything seasoning and olive oil) and scrambled eggs with goat cheese.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:45pm: Chicken sandwich (Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread, roasted chicken breast, guacamole, chili crisps) and a Quest Bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 36+ oz.;
