Finally, a nice loss this week, although it may have been a stress reaction.
Food Log
Breakfast
3:00pm: Oatmeal-quinoa with blueberries (steel cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almond milk, kefir, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon, cacao nibs, maple syrup) and fried eggs with goat cheese and chili crisp.

7:05pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds mushroom protein, chopped kale and Spinach, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian) on edamame and mung bean fettuccine with shaved parmesan cheese.
