Diet Comment
I believe this weight gain is entirely attributable to the bag of Second Harvest Wholesome Blend (mixed nuts, mixed dried fruit and dark chocolate) I ate over the weekend. That's a lot of delicious calories and sugar.

3:40pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn grounds mushroom protein, chopped kale and spinach, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian) on edamame and mung bean fettuccine with shaved parmesan cheese.
Dinner
