Diet Comment
No movement on the scale isn't a success, and the day went from good to bad when at the after-party for the gig I was at had nothing but carbs for food.
Food Log
Breakfast
4:35pm: Lox, eggs and onions (LEO) on a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinegar).

Lunch
10:45pm: Pastries, cookies, cheese and crackers, hors d'oeuvres.

Dinner
Skipped.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
