Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      202.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/26/18):          204.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 2.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
While the weekend didn't go according to plan (in other words, a lot of off-plan eating), I definitely ate less, and the result (because while there was a lot of carbs, there wasn't much, if any sugar) is pleasing. I think I'd like to lose another ten pounds from here, in fact.
Food Log
Breakfast
5:45pm:
LEO (lox, eggs and onions) with buttered toast (Ezekiel 4:9).
Lunch
10:40pm: Chopped salad: Arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, pepperoni and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
12:45am: Cottage cheese and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.;
