Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
The weight loss continues, I'm nicely below the trend-line, and I intend to keep it going.
Food Log
Breakfast
7:30pm, at Limp Lizard BBQ:
Cowboy salad: Grilled chicken, field greens, black bean salad, onions, tomatoes, cheese, southwest ranch dressing, pita points. 
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:30am: Brussel sprouts with hemp seeds and olive oil, cottage cheese and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
