 Food and Diet  
Today's Weight:                      204.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (3/30/18):           204.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.3 lbs.
     Diet Comment 
After last week's ridiculous see-sawing, I start this week with a slight recovery. I was afraid it was going to be worse, so I'm glad, but I have a ways to go.

 Food Log 
Breakfast 
8:25 pm: A Quest bar.

Lunch
11:35 pm, at Alto Cinco: Tortilla chips and salsa, molé chicken burrito (with queso fresco cheese, tomato salsa, molé marinated chicken, green onions and molé sauce) with steamed spinach and rice and black beans.

Dinner
2:15 am: Celery and carrots with home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and a glass of Dos XX beer
