Crazy week, weight up one day, down the next day, every day.

 Food Log 
Breakfast 
6:35 pm: Bacon and eggs, with a salad (chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, goat cheese, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:45 am: A Quest bar, pepperoni, carrots and home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
