Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      202.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/19/18):           202.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.2 lbs.
  Diet Comment
Finishing up at the low weight of the month. Gratifying, but there's more work to do.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:45pm: LEO - lox, eggs and onions. Also: A big serving of broccoli.

Lunch
9:30pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
1:20am, at Denny's: An Ultimate omelet (crumbled sausage, bacon, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and Swiss cheese) with dry rye toast and hash browns.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.; and a generous pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
