Diet Comment
It's good that I lost some weight today, because I really want to lose some weight here - I want to lose about ten pounds from right here - go to 195 pounds. I'm serious.

Breakfast
4:55 pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Lunch
10:00 pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
1:15 am, at Denny's: An Ultimate omelet (crumbled sausage, bacon, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and Swiss cheese) with dry rye toast and hash browns.
Liquid Intake
4:55 pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Tuna poke salad with: Kale, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, carrots, scallions, ginger, edamame, avocado, tuna poke, sesame seeds, walnuts and miso-sesame dressing. |
10:00 pm: A Quest bar.
