Glad to end the week on a low note. Because I'm a bass player.

Breakfast
5:55pm: PEO - prosciutto, eggs and onions. And a Quest bar.
Lunch
9:30pm: An Epic Venison protein bar.
Dinner
1:15am: A salad of cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, walnuts, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette. And a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
