Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      203.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/10/18):           205.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 1.1 lbs.
  Diet Comment
It's nice when I lose weight, not so much when I gain wait, but really, it's the sustained effort that gets results, and when I travel, little effort is made. That being said, I have been back for over a month, and have not kicked back into my normal post-travel lose-the-weight and back-to-maintenance eating that has usually followed my jaunts. But I am dedicating myself to doing the right thing right now.

 Food Log 
Breakfast 
6:45pm: Scrambled eggs with prosciutto and a chard, kale, spinach and goat cheese salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Lunch
1:10am: A Quest bar.

Dinner
2:35am: Sriracha chicken breast with Dubliner cheese, egg salad (hard-boiled eggs, celery, homemade mayonnaise), and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;  2 good pours of Jameson's Irish whiskey
