6:55pm: Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and a salad of cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, walnuts, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:15pm: Sriracha chicken breast and celery with cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
